******** CLAIMS REJECTION--STAY AWAY!!!!!

I am aphalled at the service I recieved from DOTSURE. Last week Thursday I sent my daughter to get bread and granpa from a ****a shop in our area, because it was a bit dark I advised that she uses my car to go although the distance is +- 2km. Unfortunately my 25 year old daughter got hijacked with my grandson, they were driven to an area and dumped there before driving off with the car. I called my tracker immediately, they recovered the tracker but not the vehicle. We lodged a claim with DOTsure on Friday, to my surprise I was told that the claim would not be covered because I was not the one driving the car, I have wrecked my brain reading my policy and fail to see such an exclusion on my policy. I am the regular driver of the vehicle, on the day I was unwell and asked my daughter who is a licensed driver to go and buy esentials at a local ****a shop. I am so dissapointed, nobody wants to listen to me and I cannot even query their decision as they keep saying "dispute with claims".

Nothing in my policy states that they will not cover if I am not driving, only that the driver must be a licensed driver- of which my daughter is. I approached a law firm for advise and assistance this morning, even they could not see the exclusion re**** on by dotsure to reject my claim.
