Claims process: No fuss, simple, easily understood and to the point

I don't usually claim for the small ticket items on medical aid. This time, I decided to submit a claim. This was so I could experience the process and see how Dotsure fair in relation to paying. My dog had his annual vaccination. I hopped onto the app, submitted the electronic claim form and a picture of the invoice. My claim was paid within 24 hours. It was a truly great experience.
