Claims paid out without much hassle

Dotsure just paid out both my claims that I put in for my puppy. Her sterilisation and illness was covered and I will be receiving the funds by tomorrow. I would like to say thank you to Charlotte Groenewald, Tilani Snyman, Chantell Scheepers and Taahirah Simons - you guys handled my claims quickly, efficiently and with the utmost respect required. Thank you guys, I appreciate you dearly. When requesting documentation, they phoned, sms'd and emailed me, I was in the loop, and when I had doubts I was able to phone and they assisted me, even though I did nearly lose my temper with the policy wording. I do know that it is the top management who words the policies.
