Claims overturned/reviewed again

After being declined on my claim logged. I pushed for a response as to why and after much discussion and further consideration, proof of my pets condition they overturned the first claim that was declined and approved it, such a huge relief and a true reflection on the agent Jaydene who assisted me, for listening to me and understanding my frustration and concerns and addressing it further to provide a clear explanation to her team lead, thank you it allowed me to continue looking after my pets recovery without further stressing and financial burden.
