Claims not payed- no reason provided

I wrote an earlier review about dotsure not paying out claims. To date there has been no progress made to sort out my concerns. See my previous review below:

I put in a claim for my dog Tank on the 31st of January 2019 for an ear infection. Dotusre refused to pay for the medication since they called it a follow up consultation. I than asked them how it can be a follow up if the previous constitution was over 6 months before this one and the infection was not in the same ear. Dotsure assured me that they will investigate and get back to me. I put in a new claim for my dog Bella on 25-02-2019. To date I haven't recieved any correspondence or payment for the claim for Bella. In the beginning they were very good and claims were paid quickly. Now it is like I am being ignored. I recieved correspondence yesterday from a new consultant at Dotsure informing me that my case has been given to her to investigate and that it will take up to 14 days to sort out. This is after I have already been waiting for over a month and spoke with numerous consultents. Not recommended at all.
