claims longer than 5 days can even be 60
simple the worst when it comes to car insurance was involved in a car accident on second my claim has yet to be processed that lady venique masete kept delaying my claim each time i asked for update suddenly she remembers that i have documents to submit or number to give they throw accusations now am told my claim is with verification its gonna take 7 to 10 days that i had to phone for they simple aftr money as their deduct this month where as the car is with them i have not been using it from the 2 of march

28 Mar 2025, 10:26after the long wait of waiting for the outcome dotsure chooses the easy way out saying seconds before the accident i was traveling at 131km/h on a 60km/h road when it clearly shows on the tracker that harsh brakes where presssed at 52km/h causing them to decline the claim this insurance company is so unafir when it comes to claim u have to sweat plus plus i will definitely appearl that as the speeding was not the cause of the claim
