Claims declined
They are so useless when it comes to claims ,I’ve put a claim with them and one person was allocated for the claim Busisiwe Nqabeni and she never really helped me out, I’d spend hours on the phone trying to get hold of them “claim department “ and I’ve failed and they ended up declining my claim and gave me a very lame excuse
