Dotsure /oakhurst representatives are very helpful and they Will call. I recently had accident after 22:00 i was told the damages are worth R6, 500 and they deduct R3,000 for access +"additional R3, 000 access because the accident hapenned after 22:00 which means i only get R500 to fix the damages. So it means i must pay the damages of my car out of my own pocket + pay them monthly premium. I am still driving with broken Window i thought we pay insurance for rainy days like this but well.. It is what it is. I was even told that dotsure does not work with "Emotions"
