Claim went smoothly

I submitted a small building claim, and Jo-Anna Windvogel assisted me throughout the claim. She was always friendly, professional and efficient. When I informed her that I was struggling to make contact with a registered (required by the company) handiman / builder, she arranged for an assessor to assess our claim. The claim was finalized within 14 days of her having made the arrangement, and payment was made to my account, so I have it to pay for the reparations. All went smoothly!
