I am once again in awe of their excellent service. Bernadine Bence of their office within 20 minutes or less had processed my claim and advised of a refund. Their service is excellent and their follow up just as excellent. I am an extremely satisfied policy holder and wish that more companies in South Africa would adopt this attitude.
