Claim rejected for no valid reason

On the 15th of August 2020 i had a minor accident and I reported to the police then reported to the insurance on the 26th early in the morning. Then i sent the damages of the car and the quote to the claims department. They only rep**** with an email rejecting my claim. One they say i have to pay 3times my access, my insurance is 3months old so they say 1access for claiming before 6moths another access they ckaim i reported the accident after 24hrs i don't know how they count 24hrs and the normal access .i wrote a review on Monday then some guy claiming to be a manager called and said they will encestigate because im also asking them to provide me with the recordings of the person who sold me the insurance and also need to understand how they count their 24hrs. Dotsure has disappointed me. Today a consultant called me asking why i didn't pay my premiums for this month, that's all they know asking for money from us
