Claim rejected.

I've been paying my late father - in-laws short term insurance for the past 7/8 years. My first dealing with this policy was when his geyser burst and was replaced. No problem, money was paid into my account within 2 days. Next dealing was with Dotsure. My father-in - law passed away 2/3 years ago, I claimed for 6 cracked windows from dotsure, no problem, no questions, money paid into my account, windows fixed. Go forward to 2 Nov 2022. 2 Windows cracked, 1 burst, another one cracked, cost R 1950. Dotsure reject the application after approving a similar one a year or so earlier. Their reason just did not make sense, as according to them I was not covered for such an event. A year earlier I was but now I am not. And people trust them.
