Claim Rejected- false sales representation

Do not sign on with Dotsure. Their agents mislead potential clients to believing their policies will cover claims but when a policy holder submits a claim it is rejected and before they tell you that their client service team interrogates a client and treats them as if they are ***** and *********. They find every reason to reject claims. Seriously a waste of time and money. I had clarified and confirmed regular vet visits would be covered and was assured that it was under the policy only find out when I submitted my first claim that it will not be processed. Absolutely appalled by the lack of clarity, integrity and the pure dishonesty of Dotsure.
