Claim rejected

Few weeks back I wrote her about Dotsure cellphone insurance declining my claim saying I was covers for theft and my phone was pickpocketes (******) and they don't consider that as theft.

On the 13th January I received a call saying, they have seen my review on Hello Peter so they want me to sign a complaint form. On the call i give my email but I didn't receive the form, on the 15th January I called to make a follow up and gave them my email again, and this time I recieved the email with the form. Completed the form and send it back to email address but I didn't get response or call. This week I went back to emails to check the form and there was email written where you must send it after filling it, so I emailed it again to that email address and nothing from them till now.

I'm still waiting.
