Claim rejected
I had cellphone insurance with Dotsure. I lost my phone on the 29 @ a music festival. Apparently there ware pickpocketer on the night. 5 guys were arrested and 21 phones were found but mine was not there.
I claim with Dotsure and they rejected my claim saying they cover theft and pickpoket is not. I'm so disappointed after paying almost 2years. So guys be careful with Dotsure.
