Claim rection

I am really disappointed by dotsure o for the rejection of my claim, because biased, unfair and uncouth based on my skin color why do i say that, wharever caused damage to my vehicle fuel system is beyond my control it is probably by contaminated fuel from various i use, but i am a victim here i dont how, what , when and who put in car whatever it is my to cause the damage to my car.
