I received amazing service from Simamnkele Mrawuli, after logging my claim using. Their chst service, i promptly received a call from their claims department. Everything was clearly explained to me and she would call me every morning for more than 8 days tobremind me to send the required documents, i was a abit of a bottleneck as i alsays promised to send the documents the folloeing day and i never seemed to have time to get to it. She was very patient and persistent in a verh friendly manner though. The communication was top notch.
