Claim paid in full

My Boerboel had to go for an operation in April 2021. It was an operation with alot of complications and I had to contact Dotsure on advice on what I can claim. I was treated in a friendly professional manner and the claim for the full amount of the operation was paid out within 3 days. Having this policy from Dotsure resulted in the operation being paid in full and made it easy on our pockets.

The consultants that assisted me in the Client Care Department was Junelle, Dominique and Cindy. Carlin de Bruin assisted me in the Claims Department.
