Claim not

I am highly disappointed in Dotsure insurance. A few weeks ago I logged a claim for damaged items in the house. Some items were replaced but I am still waiting on replacement of some. Dotsure calls me to follow up on yhe claim, but it seems the call centre themselves are not sure on what should be replaced and what not. They promise me call backs but have gone quiet now.
