CLAIM LIMITED DEPLETED FOREVER!

I am still waiting for someone to contact me as promised, or is below a generic response to make customers think you are actually resolving complaints?

Absolutely shocked to find out today that Dotsure will no longer be paying for my dogs "ongoing" (not pre-existing) condition now that the claim limit has been met - the claim limit on my policy has been reached forever?? So now I am expected to pay insurance as well as pay out of my pocket. Apparently upgrading my plan will also make no difference as its an ongoing condition. Absolutely non-sensical!!
