Claim issues

I have a new claim logged on the motor warranty I have with Dotsure, I was told I need to go to an RMI approved for a quote which I did and after getting the quote I am told to go back for a strip cause they want a damage report which is gonna cost R3800 and the only paying R1000 for that as per their schedule and on the damage of the car they will be paying just R3100 on a R24k quote, all I need is to get the claim paid out in cash so I can take the car to a mechanic or workshop that will less cause I am the one paying most of these costs not them
