Claim issue
I am so unhappy with the service received from Dotsure. They are not assisting to provide me with responses to my emails. I have sent through a quote from panel beaters which has a significant difference to their panel beaters but they they do not want to work to review my claim nor respond to my mails. Definitely going to looking for another insurer as they do not provide me with peace of mind. Such an unhappy customer!
