Claim declined as Dotsure.co.za is just a money making scheme

Claim department's decision to decline my claim. Inter alia due to the following reasons which may not necessarily be deemed to be exhaustive: Hereditary condition – Cherry eye Also, expenses incurred as a result of accidental injury to and illness of the pet noted on the policy schedule.

It is my understanding that hereditary condition – Cherry Eye must have significant tests that related to statistical hypothesis testing determines whether there is enough evidence that hereditary condition – Cherry eye comes from the parents. The exact cause of cherry eye is unfortunately unknown. I also have no knowledge that the cherry eye does effect comes from the pet's parents.

Due to I said that I think the parents did have it, they declined my claim even though after I send them a letter stating that I have no knowledge about the parent's illness. Correcting my mistake.
