Claim Declined

I am so disappointed on Dotsure I have been with Dotsure Insurance since 2023 I was referred by a friend, I have referred more than 10 clients to Dotsure but their service is very bad they declined my accidental claim.

They sent a policy document which is completely different from the document that was sent on issue of the policy. Some benefits are not appearing on the latest document yet there were no changes made.

Accidental benefits and third party cover is on the policy document and the latest document says something else.

Now that there is a claim they rejected.

The accessor called and confirmed the policy is a comprehensive cover, he was just waiting for an authorization and now they are saying something different.
