My first dealings with Dotsure. Talk about communication!!! They've got it down to excellence. Friendly helpful staff, kept me informed every step of the way. My claim was declined because there is a waiting period of 30 days and my claim fell short by a few days. I should have known this, but the staff handled it so well I don't even feel bad about it. LOL. Other companies can learn a lot from #Dotsure I.t.o customer service.
