Hi! I can’t even express how I feel of this company name Dotsure, see how long did this case started. Its 4 months now and it still not resolve but yet the premium increased and they debit the money every month but give you a horrible service. I will never advise anyone to take them they are pathetic I can’t stand them anymore i will never ever advise anyone to take them.

Urgently advice with the below and above please.

I found this portion in my policy which I was not aware off, now I need to know how do I claim regarding this portable possession section since I lost my tablet and cell phone in the hijacking? I will really appreciate your speedy co-operation with this regard. 1. PORTABLE POSSESSIONS SECTION: - The excess on unspecified items has been amended from R350 to R1 000; - The excess on specified items has been amended from R250 to 10% of the claim, with a minimum of R1 000; - The excess that previously app**** to cell phones, laptops, tablets, iPods, portable games and prescription sunglasses has been removed and the specified items excess above will apply to these claims in the future; and - The excess on Remote blocking has been amended from 10% of the claim, with a minimum of R1 000 to 20% of the claim, with a minimum of R1 000.
