Claim
Dotsure couldn't waiver an additional excess fee of R20 000 on top of my basic excess of R5 500 even after I had explained the extraordinary circumstances of my claim. It seems useless to to have insurance when my claim amount is R22 500 but my excess alone is 25,5k. Greatly disappointed in Dotsure.co.za.
