I gave 4 stars because within 3 days they had called me over 38 times.

Despite that, when I had a proper conversation with one of the representatives, it was the calmest conversation I have ever had with a company representative.

Christopher Viljoen offered me amazing plan for my animal amd made sure I was satisfied with everything before the call ended.

I honestly believe that if were not for Christopher, I would have not taken the plan I took or taken a plan at all. He did not try to persuade me into paying more for insurance like a lot of other companies, but rather reassured me on how to upgrade or downgrade my plan and how to effectively get what I paid for out of my insurance.
