Chanelle Hechter was the most efficient and helpful sales consultant I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She knew her product so well and managed to explain some pretty complex matters to me in simple terms that I could understand. I had many sales consultants call me from various Pet Health Insurance companies in my quest for health insurance for our new doggie and Chanelle shone brightest like the star that she is. I was impressed with her ability to sell the product and its benefits to me without putting any pressure on me to make a decision there and then. Something that was lacking in many of the other sales consultants who called me. I am happy to say that I believe I have got great cover for our new furbaby from Dotsure and I would like to thank and congratulate Chanelle on her professionalism and friendly manner.
