Chadwick Lewis! What a star!

At 1am I was on instagram and saw an add for pet insurance, I decided to click on the add for a call back. Today is Saturday and a public holiday and true as dotsure calls me as per my request. I was pleasantly surprised! Even more so when the gentleman on the other side got my name and surname right first time around(people normally get it sooo wrong). Chadwick Lewis was my sales consultant today and he was an absolute gem!! Clear and concise to the point service . He explained everything in detail and did not once skip a beat in answering every question that I had! I hope all your staff is this amazing as he sets the bar very high!
