Chad/Chadwick gave me a call this morning after researching DOT SURE last night regarding insurance for our new family member. We have a Netherlands Dwarf Rabbit - so an exotic pet 🐇 Chad, was well spoken, clear and patient on the phone call. He assisted me with all queries and personalised the call to our needs for our little bunny. He understood the time frame of which we could commit which has helped us ensure we get the best possible care for our bunny. Thank you Chad for being our person during this journey. I am sure we will chat again in the near future. DOTSURE/ Chad gets my 5 star rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Regards Justine and family
