Chad is one of the friendliest consultants I have ever dealt with. I feel super happy with the sign up process of getting my new fur baby insured. All information was explained in an extremely professional manner, NOT the eye rolling on and on kind of way of the usual insurance talk. He explained everything and ensured I understood. I also liked that due to the age of my pup he didn't push me for the highest plan to be taken out and explained the process and advised on timeline to stick to if I felt I wanted to move to a higher plan. I appreciate that he gave me the option of excess buster and explained all the benefits in detail before I made a final decision.
