The most *********** company!!! They owed me a refund and still deducted my May premium after cancelling my policy.
The refund and the reimbur*****t are two separate things, and now they claim that they are part of the same payment, even though they were seperate conversations, and separate amounts.
The sheer incompetence of this disgraceful, shameful, manipulative and lying company is beyond me. They should be shut down!!
