I HAVE to let DotSure know what an impeccable employee and valuable asset they have working for them: "Carla Jooste"!

I used to work in a "call centre" (for of a lack of a better word) a year ago as a Client Account Specialist (telephonic Relationship Management, Sales and Retention) for 2 years and I KNOW and truly understand the energy it takes out of you to accommodate a client with patience, friendliness and genuineness at all times.

I have been chronically ill and in hospital for 4 weeks, my life completely turned upside down and she was so patient with all my questions and concerns, never stopped me from explaining or asking too much. I just want to express my gratitude and it instills hope in me again that there are still people who take sincere pride in their work and their attitude.

Carla Jooste deserves a raise! ;)
