Car warrant cover

i am truly disappointed with Dotsure as i have been paying for more than a year with them. I recently did a claim for a car warranty plan and one of the `engine components needed to be replaced. `The tapper cover gasket which is included as the item they cover on the policy document. When i claimed i was advised that they don't cover it and as the damage is not coursed by internal issue. I was advised that i would receive a decline letter and if i am not happy i can appeal through the process on the letter. `It's been more than 5 days and i have received the letter or email.

The tapper cover gasket has caused engine oil lick and they are not able to cover a small claim as this much. i am starting to doubt if i have made a correct choice by covering my car with them.
