i submitted a claim regarding my vehicle. within 10 minutes of having received my claim the claim was attended to. feedback was given timeously and my claim was settled in three days time. every step of the way i was given feedback. this is my second claim and my first claim was declined with valid reasons. this is my first dealings with dotsure and i will recommend this company at anytime
