Cancellation process is terrible

If I could leave zero stars I would. It is absolutely draining and exhausting trying to get ahold of these people. I’ve left emails which gets no response. Instead I receive phone calls which does not align with my work schedule. The cancellation process has been tiresome as I’ve email for them to cancel to which they responded with a call. They tried to convince me to stay on my plan but I refused as I’ve had issues with my claims in the past. Before the call ended I was told I was going to get my cancellation letter in 15 min time. It’s been 3 days and I’ve received nothing. I’ve emailed again to which they’ve not responded. It’s absolutely a waste of time registering with this company I would not recommend at all.
