Canceling vehicle insurance

I have been trying to cancel my vehicle insurance for 2 weeks now - Nobody has come back to me up until today- Some guy told me he will make sure someone called me hehehehe its days now and it was supposed to have been 15 minutes. So i guess my account will be debited again this month. Should that happen I will be laying a formal complaint. I just need to cancel this, that`s it - with immediate effect.
