Cancel pet insurance
They are very quick to sell you a policy but very bad service if you want to cancel.I did send them a mail in October 2023 to cancel my policy.They stop taking money from my account then all of a sudden on February 2024 they took a payment. I spoke to Ashley and she send me a letter of cancelation stating that my policy will be canceled with immediate effect just to notice that on March 2024 they took another payment from my bank ..It is now more then a week that I wait for them to call me without any luck
