Call hung up and incorrect info captured

Yesterday, 19 August, at about 17:45 I spoke to Sibulele Nyangiwe in the sales department for a quote on a bike. He was rushing the the call a lot. Even when I tried to correct him by giving him correct info that he is not getting right, he just told me he has got it and continued. At exactly 18:00 he put the phone down in my ear and emailed me the quote. Except that info including my address is incorrect on the quote, the quote is more than double than any other quote I got.

Its extreamly bad service!
