Call centre excellence

So a few days ago I was contated by Sasha lee Wilson from dotsure pet insurance. After talking to her about my husky's medical cover, i asked her to please check the birthdate for my pet on their system because i think their might be a mistake (i made the typing error mistake), without hesitation or excuses she corrected it for me immediately. Our conversation ended with us talking casually as if we have known each other for years. Thank you Sasha Lee wilson for being such an amazing person. It is not often you get friendly call centres where you feel comfortable talking to the person on the other end.
