Worst service received from Alfonso Bruiners the claims handler. I would send required documents more than once and he would surprisingly insist I haven’t sent them instead of saying he hasn’t received or retrieved them. He also phoned the workshop where my vehicle is being assessed and told the assessor to say the damage to the vehicle was caused by wear and tear, which I felt was very unprofessional and *********. I now see that he was basically looking for all the reasons to decline the claim but couldn’t entirely, instead he made sure that the amount approved was not even 10% the quoted amount which is absurd. I feel this is very unfair and somehow feel ****** because what we sign up for is not what we get when we are faced with a problem that require their services
