One of your agents called me Marizel and offered something about my pet policy and I advised her that I do not want that policy and now I wake up I have been debited , I want my funds back and another agent called me saying she wants to help me cancel it and I was so busy asked her to call back but she never did L. Dotsure please do not be *****es how do you activate a policy I advise don the sales call that I do not want it and yet you go ahead and take it up. I will not be reversing it with my bank you will do the reversal because you took something that belongs to me without my permission. And please explain to me why your agents never call back when you ask them to call back?? If you guys can’t do the right thing I will cancel both my policies and remember you are not the only insurance get that straight . I want my money back and don’t ever call me back regarding your promotions if I need something I will call myself
