Bull**** Service

Horrible and Nonsense service from Agent who are so ****en Rude. I took upon an Insurance from them last week Tuesday the 3/9/2024 and I was told Nestar will contact me to arrange fitment because I need to use their Tracking device. Today the 10th I still have not received any comms from the tracking company. Further more I called this morning to be disrespected by Agent who says Yoooooh When speaking to them I am unable to use my own car because it does not have a tracker device yet you guys have debitted. can I then cancel the police and get my money back I will got a new Insurance and take Tracker coz ***? Begging for services I paid for? am sooooooooo Livid. own airtime to be treated like trace. your Agent are a Disgrace, I doubt they have QA
