Brilliant staff and impeccable service

Overall I have had an excellent experience with the staff of Dotsure. From the very beginning the agents assisting me were patient, friendly and followed up with me timeously. Bianca, Tilani and Shantell have made my experience, despite the nature of my claim, an exceptional one. Each time that I spoke to someone at the call center they enquired about my pet even referring to him by his name.
