Brilliant Service on 2026-03-24

Just to share a brilliant experience with DOTSURE. Yesterday morning I took my little Yorkie to Bergzicht Animal Hospital in Malmesbury with an ear infection who was sorted out in about an hour and a half, due to the cleaning of the ear canal under sedation. I sent the invoice to Dotsure at about 16:00 on 25-03-2026 and this morning, 26-03-2026, at 11:04 the claim was settled and paid out in full. Can anybody ask for better service. I've been with DOTSURE now for about seven years with TWO Yorkies and never in my life I've seen better service like this. Thanks for the team at DOTSURE - This is called EXCELLENT service.
