Brilliant Service : Mpumie Ralawe

Hi there,

I felt frustrated and confused pondering whether If I really took out an additional Platinum policy or not after seeing an unexpected debit order, however the way Mpumie Ralawe communicate with her customers is professional, has empathy and completely understands where her customers are coming from.

Even though I cancelled this add-on product , I still feel I made the right choice using dotsure as my insurer for the remaining products.
