Brilliant service Chante Du Ploy from Dotsure

I've been a member of Dotsure for the past 3 x years and we've got 2 x Basset Hounds with skin allergies, spinal challenges and the one eating stones. Chante Du Plooy handled by claim of this week and she was absolutely brilliant. I did not expect to receive a refund because I thought my dog's cover was depleted. The full refund, less my excess, was in my bank account the following day. Dotsure is better than any human medical aid. They are truly living up to their promises. Well done Chante and thank you!
