Brilliant service - AGAIN

I have been a Dotsure client for several years now. This isn't the first review I am writing for them (unsolicited review) and you'd think once would be enough, right? But every time I deal with Dotsure, every time I have a query or a claim, I am blown away by the standard of professionalism and, no exaggeration here, excellence in their level of service. It's a poor reflection on what we have come to accept as 'service' today that when we receive great service, it's so out of the ordinary that we take to social media and sites like these to broadcast it! If you are looking for pet insurance, at an affordable rate and where queries and claims are dealt with promptly and highly efficiently, I recommend Dotsure - unequivocally.
