Brilliant customer service from Chad
Thank you Chad for the brilliant customer service. It was a bad line but he repeated himself for me multiple times without an ounce of irritation, not to mention I received a call from Chad 2 minutes after requesting to be contacted on Hippo. He gave great clarity when asked questions too. I got medical aid for both my cats and very pleased! Thanks Chad.
